在這個世界上,痛苦是難以完全避免的,而任何快樂都是自己找的。那么,如何緩解痛苦,做一個快樂的職業(yè)經(jīng)理人呢?公司層面如何幫助經(jīng)理人改善生存環(huán)境呢?
個人:沒事偷著樂
1.不放棄、不執(zhí)著,坦蕩蕩,磊落落得心,保持一種感恩和友愛的心態(tài);
2.保持積極樂觀的心態(tài),適當利用“精神勝利法”進行自我調(diào)節(jié),讓自己適應(yīng)環(huán)境,相信明天會更好;
3.與網(wǎng)友聊天,寫自己的BLOG對自己說些想說的;
4.拓寬交友圈子,多認識一些不同行業(yè)的新朋友;和行業(yè)內(nèi)的前輩溝通,獲得他們的指教;
5.和好友家人聊天,傾訴自己目前的壓力,將自己的難題說出來,共同分享或探討解決之道;
6.試著聽不同風(fēng)格的音樂,讀一本好書,或好雜志,如《經(jīng)理人》、《讀者》;一個人開車到海邊邊聽音樂,邊看書,和知心朋友到海邊一起吃飯聊天散步;
7.每年都正常地去很遠的地方或海邊度假;
8.犒勞自己(做Spa,買自己心儀的物品等),每周末找不同的餐館點不同的菜吃;
9.保持家庭和睦穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)常參加家庭活動;
10.參加職業(yè)培訓(xùn),發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并能解決問題,學(xué)習(xí)到新的知識和技能;
