我真的很想控制住自己,有許多重要的事情明明知道它很重要卻時時沒有行動起來,而且做什么事效率都很低,大腦總喜歡鉆空子,告訴我怎么樣享受而不是奮斗。就像我每天的生活狀態,晚上睡很晚早上又很晚才起來,然后洗漱洗漱差不多10點了,10點開始做事情也不晚啊,這時候大腦就會告訴我都10點了吃完午飯下午再做也不遲,然后我就吃完午飯到了下午大腦又說這個電視看完再做也行啊,看完了大腦又說下午不做也可以啊,明天做也行,總是這樣往后推。
