抱怨,是一種習慣。
抱怨,可以是一種情緒的出口。
有時抱怨多了,負面的情緒會增長。
可不可以不要抱怨?要怎樣認定自己說給他人聽的只是化解情緒的一種方式而不是毫無建樹的抱怨?
