之前求職的時候,一時沖動找了一份老板并不重視的工作,結(jié)果沒干多久就被辭退了。于是常常跟朋友吐槽說:這么短的時間,神仙也干不好吧?
朋友說:沒有路不平,只有你不行。重視從來都不是別人給你的,而是你贏回來的。你仔細(xì)想想,這段時間,你啥也沒做好吧?
我竟無言以對,也是,成績不亮眼,態(tài)度也算不上多端正,得過且過怎么可能被老板重視?
想起學(xué)長在我找工作之前的勸告:聰明人從來不把自己放在可有可無可無的位置上。要么他們有不可或缺的能力,要么他們懂得通過學(xué)習(xí)獲取不可多得的能力。你看你,普普通通,大學(xué)就不算優(yōu)等生,自然算不上不可或缺,接下來你可別松懈自己啊。
當(dāng)時的我,只把這些話當(dāng)作耳邊風(fēng),沒想到一語成讖。
最近,我痛定思痛,終于明白了一個道理:人的價值,并不是用勞動時間來衡量的,而是用能力、知識的深度去衡量的。所謂的懷才不遇,往往都是懷才不夠。
