人生感悟之改善與改革的差別

問題:一個男人的穩定飯量是米飯一碗,如何讓這個男人在一年后穩定飯量增加為兩碗?

方案一:告訴這個男人,你的任務是一年后飯量增加到兩碗,然后有計劃的每天增加飯量,比如飯后加強體育鍛煉,最終完成任務。

方案二:告訴這個男人,你必須完成任務,否則沒飯吃。那么這個男人肯定努力完成任務,或者可以吃三碗米飯。

方案三:不告訴這個男人任務,只是每天吃飯時給他碗里增加10粒米飯顆粒,并且時刻根據他的消化反饋來動態調整.

一年后他也完成了任務。三種方案都完成了任務,但三年后會出現不同的反映:前兩種方案的男人都會回到原來的一碗米飯。為什么?第一種需要減肥;第二種因為已經完成任務,繼續吃一碗米飯。只有第三種永遠改變不了,因為他已成習慣,他認為是自己成長過程中的正常的生理現象。

這個可能就是改善與改革的差別,現在我們很多銷售商在實際銷售問題的解決方式上大都選擇方案二的做法,方案一的做法大家正在努力學習。
