20世紀60年代,心理學家查榮茨做過試驗:先向被試者出示一些照片,有的出現了二十多次,有的出現了十多次,有的只出現一兩次,然后請被試者評價對照片的喜愛程度。結果發現:被試者更喜歡那些看過多次的照片,即看的次數增加了喜歡的程度。
另一位社會心理學家也通過試驗證實了上述觀點。
在一所大學的女生宿舍樓里,心理學家隨機找了幾個寢室,發給她們不同口味的飲料,然后要求這幾個寢室的女生,以品嘗飲料為理由,在這些寢室間互相走動,但見面時不得交談。一段時間后,心理學家評估他們之間的熟悉和喜歡的程度,結果發現:見面的次數越多,互相喜歡的程度越大;見面次數越少或根本沒有,相互喜歡程度則較低。
這是人的一種特殊的心理狀態。基于這種心理狀態,要想在人際交往中給人留下美好深刻的印象,就要遵照這一心理,切忌與它發生沖突。
