懂得改變情緒

人要懂得改變情緒,才能改變思想和行為。思想改變情緒會(huì)跟著改變。這里有幾則練習(xí)技巧:

當(dāng)我們需要打起精神應(yīng)付一件事情時(shí),可以用上面的方法。經(jīng)常培養(yǎng)好心情,認(rèn)清壞心情的背后一定有不少垃圾思想和消極情緒,要把它掃地出門(mén)。

多讀勵(lì)志的書(shū),它能給我們帶來(lái)許多改變情緒的效果。

注意儀容:挺直身子,抬起頭來(lái),衣著更要端莊。萎靡不振的表情,是招惹霉運(yùn)的根本原因。

學(xué)習(xí)在危機(jī)中保持冷靜,在緊張時(shí)給自己松弛的機(jī)會(huì),如運(yùn)動(dòng)、靜坐、旅行等。

美國(guó)加州大學(xué)心理學(xué)家艾克曼曾作實(shí)驗(yàn),要受試者裝出驚訝、厭惡、憂傷、憤怒、恐懼和快樂(lè)等表情,卻發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的身心跟著起了變化。當(dāng)受試者裝出害怕時(shí),他們的心跳加速,皮膚溫度降低等等。表現(xiàn)其它五種情緒時(shí),也有不同的變化。我們?cè)趺囱b,心情就怎么改變。
