一杯水的壓力

正上課時(shí),講師突然拿起一杯水:“各位認(rèn)為這杯水有多重?”有人說(shuō)200克,也有人說(shuō)300克。

“是的,它只有200克。那么,你們可以將這杯水端在手中多久?”講師又問。

很多人都笑了:200克而已,拿多久又會(huì)怎么樣!

講師沒有笑,他接著說(shuō):“拿1分鐘,各位一定覺得沒問題;拿1小時(shí),可能覺得手酸;拿1天呢?1個(gè)星期呢?那可能得叫救護(hù)車了。”大家又笑了,不過這回是贊同的笑。

講師繼續(xù)說(shuō)道:“在準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤的同樣重量下,隨著我所拿時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),它的重量也在發(fā)生變化。其實(shí)這杯水很輕,但你拿得越久,就覺得越沉重。這就像把壓力放在身上,不管壓力是不是很重,時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了都會(huì)覺得越來(lái)越無(wú)法承擔(dān)。我們要做的是放下這杯水,休息一會(huì)兒后再拿起,只有這樣我們才能拿得更久。所以,我們所承擔(dān)的壓力,也應(yīng)該在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候放下,好好地休息一下,然后再重新拿起來(lái),如此才能承擔(dān)更久。”

說(shuō)完,教室里一片掌聲。

壓力誰(shuí)都會(huì)有,我們?cè)撊绾蚊鎸?duì)呢?這個(gè)問題很難回答,也許最好的辦法是別給自己太大的壓力,或者,就像拿這杯水一樣,適時(shí)地放一放,別讓它越積越重。
