首先,遇事你應(yīng)該站在別人的位置上替別人想一想。例如,有同學(xué)因?yàn)橛惺虑槎芙^了你的請(qǐng)求,你為此感到很尷尬和怨恨。但你應(yīng)該設(shè)身處地為別人著想:“他有要事,我硬要他幫我是很不講道理的。”

其次,應(yīng)學(xué)會(huì)控制自己的行為和情緒,并用這種自制力影響和感染別人的行為和情緒。例如,當(dāng)你和某同學(xué)發(fā)生矛盾時(shí),如果你忙著辯護(hù),那位同學(xué)將會(huì)越講越生氣。但是,如果你表現(xiàn)出很理解對(duì)方的樣子,讓那位同學(xué)知道你在聽他說話,他生氣是有道理的,那么,那位同學(xué)的口氣將會(huì)逐漸溫和。在他人發(fā)怒時(shí),要善于以靜制怒,盡量不要使對(duì)方的怒火越燒越旺。

最后,學(xué)會(huì)判別他人以非語言表達(dá)方式表達(dá)的情緒,準(zhǔn)確推測(cè)別人的行為。例如,有些人不高興時(shí)比較冷靜;不自在時(shí),坐的姿勢(shì)不一樣……如果能了解別人以非語言表達(dá)方式表達(dá)的情緒,從而推測(cè)到別人的行為,那么別人會(huì)覺得你能了解他,彼此之間可以互相溝通,這將給人際交往帶來極大的方便。
