結論先行,很多人認為理所當然,其實未必。結論先行需要有一個前提條件,便是領導容易接受你所陳述的觀點,或你的觀點容易得到領導的認同。
比如你跟領導匯報一個好消息或做工作結題匯報,此時領導愿意首先聽到你的結論,產生好的情緒,進而易于理解你接下來表述的細節內容。
同事小軍,性格比較墨跡,容易婆婆媽媽。領導任命他做某個項目的經理,平時他干活很賣力,項目進展比較順利。當項目完工時,他需要向領導匯報。
